The video above is a good reference point for where we're at. We're at the lone nut253030-odd 40 people dancing stage, but don't worry - soon we'll be a crowd. now I just need the rest of you to actually sign up here.
I'm working to firm up the schedule, but here's how it looks:
Friday is going to be about community and society. Nadja Pass will be there to talk about participative democracy, as previously mentioned. Morten Gade will be there to talk about activating an actual, but rather passive, community of 1.7mio members. I'll present a little history and some ideas about community, markets, open source and coops - and with any luck I have a secret extra speaker who will give us all a kick in the shins about our hopes for communal bliss.
There's going to be people at the venue from noon, but I think we'll do talks from approx 16 - I'll firm that up during the week.
Saturday we're going to prep brunch, and get properly started with talks around noon, and the theme is going to be the stuff around us and how we relate to it. How we make it. How it works. And when it doesn't work. So far we have a talk about how science fiction has let us down, and some practical advice from Mark Wubben on fast innovation.
Hopefully we'll run a demo show in the late afternoon.
I expect we'll have sessions for 5-6 hours
We'll run another barbecue in the evening. The football match (Denmark is playing) will be shown, but otherwise it looks like summer is here, so it should be nice outside as well.
I think the program is coming nicely together, and that you'll have a lot of fun, so sign up and come join us.
And remember, there's still plenty of space for your great idea too.
Guys, I'm not sure you hear that enough, so it has to be said: You rock. Thanks for putting all this together. We appreciate all the energy you put into this!
Also I should note "sign up again" just means "use the Google form", not "use it again". But I was getting the sense that people weren't getting they need to use the Google form
